There really are only two options available to you: produce the order in-house with handwork labor; or shipping the order back to the factory, which eats into your profit margin and timeline, since many projects get sent to China for manufacturing – a month-long process.

Now, there’s a third option: the Tilemyzer™. In development for the last three years by a former mosaic tile shop owner, the Tilemyzer™ automates the production of random patterns or mosaic murals by injecting the tile into a grid at rapid speed. A single square foot of tile can be produced in as little as three minutes; an entire mural in several hours. Considering that custom tiled murals are sold at $150 a square foot, this opens up another avenue of profitability for your tile shop.

Any mosaic tile brand can be used with our TileMyzer™ system, including Bisazza, Trend, Opiocolor and Kolorines; and in 10mm, 20mm and 25mm sizes. Tile is available in ready-to-use cartridges or self-loaded using our Tilemyzer™ Autoloader.

Our system can be purchased either as a 1 grid system, meaning it can produce 1.15 square feet at a time; or as a 4 grid system, giving you 4.6 square feet of production at a time.
